Complete brand transformation and marketing strategy for an InsurTech company

Challenge

Verikai's brand was perceived as informal and lacking gravitas within the insurance industry, undermining credibility with potential enterprise clients. The company needed to reposition itself as a serious, trustworthy partner for risk assessment and underwriting decisions.

Approach

Orchestrated a multi-phase transformation strategy. Assembled key stakeholders and established comprehensive brand guidelines with executive buy-in secured during an off-site retreat. Executed a complete website redesign, updated all marketing collateral, and created a strategic content roadmap spanning daily LinkedIn posts, monthly newsletters, and industry publication outreach.

Impact

The transformation repositioned Verikai as a credible, serious partner in the insurance market: a 500% increase in demo requests and a 353% boost in marketing engagement within a single quarter, alongside a tenfold+ surge in LinkedIn engagement.
